I don't eat chicken, meat, fish, etc, can I have them not appear in my meal plans?
The Biggest Lose Television Online Dieting And Slimming Club meal plans lets you exclude all meat (vegetarian), and also lets you exclude red meat, chicken & turkey, pork, eggs, fish, and tofu. You can also specify a low cholesterol meal plan. To set your meal plan preferences you can:
1)
Go to your My Diet tab
2)
Go to the Diet Preferences page
3)
Check as many preferences as you would like
4)
Click the button to update your preferences
Please note that if you change your preferences a new meal plan will be created for you for the current week.
I don't like an item in today's meal, how can I substitute something else?
While viewing your meal plans you can either substitute single meal plan items or the entire meal. To substitute single item you can:
1)
Click the swap link next to the food item
2)
View the list of similar foods
3)
Click choose ingredient next to the food you want to include
To change a whole meal you can:
1)
Click the swap meal link to the right of the meal title
2)
View the list of similar foods
3)
Click choose meal next to the meal you want in include.
Changes you make will be reflected in your weekly shopping list.
I have met my weight loss goal, how can I set a new goal?
You can change your weight loss goal at any time. Some members change when they have met their goal, while others change if they may have set too high a goal when they created their account. To change your weight goal:
1)
Go to the My Diet tab
2)
Go to the Diet Goals page
3)
You will see you last weigh-in value as your current weight
4)
Enter a new weight goal and target date
Note that if you change your weight goal your meal plans may change, if your new goals mean you should eat more or less calories a day.
How do I change the days I exercise on my fitness plan?
1)
Go to the My Fitness tab
2)
Click on Fitness Preferences
3)
Check or uncheck days of the week for cardio and strength exercises, then click save
How do I create a message board profile?
1)
Click the My Profile button at the upper right of any page
2)
Click the Edit My Public Profile button
3)
Compete any information you want to share on your Profile; you can enter as much or little as you like
4)
Click the radio button to specify that anyone can see your personal information
5)
Click the update button
How do I unsubscribe to message board e-mail notifications?
To unsubscribe, simply do not click the link in the next notification you receive. You "resubscribe" to a topic's notifications each time you click the link in the topic's notification message.
How do I change my username, password, or e-mail address?
1)
Click the My Account button at the upper right of any page
2)
You can edit your username, password, and e-mail address
3)
Click the update button
Why am I seeing food items duplicated/repeated on my meal plan?
Meal Plan food items are sometimes divided into half servings because this offers you the option to add more variety to your diet. For instance, you can choose to combine your two half-servings and have 1 cup of cereal or you can have 1/2 cup of cereal and swap your other 1/2 cup of cereal for another food selection. This is the same for any of the half-servings that appear in your Lunch or Dinner menus.
